Questions, answered
What is white glove delivery?
White glove delivery is our most complete service level. A two-person team brings the item into the room of your choice, unpacks it, assembles or sets it up, inspects it with you, and removes all packaging and debris before leaving. Floors and doorways are protected with blankets and runners throughout.
What is final-mile delivery and why does it matter?
Final-mile delivery is the last leg of the journey, from a warehouse or distribution center to your customer’s home. It is often the only face-to-face moment a customer has with your brand, so a careful, on-time delivery directly affects reviews, returns, and repeat purchases.
What kinds of items do you deliver?
Big, bulky, and high-value goods: furniture, mattresses, major appliances, TVs and electronics, fitness equipment, office furniture, medical equipment, fine art, and antiques. Crews are trained by product category so each item is handled and set up correctly.
Which service level should I choose?
Curbside works for weather-safe items where speed and cost matter most. Threshold suits items that don’t need setup. Room of Choice is best for heavy pieces customers can’t move themselves. White Glove is for anything that needs unpacking, assembly, or installation. We can mix levels by SKU.
How do customers know when you are arriving?
We call the day before to confirm the delivery and give an arrival window, then call or text the morning of. The crew calls ahead when they are about 30 minutes out, and every delivery finishes with photo proof of delivery and a signature.
How do you handle damage or claims?
Prevention comes first: vetted crews, protective materials, and inspection at delivery. If something does go wrong, a dedicated claims team works directly with your customer to resolve it quickly and keeps a centralized log you can review anytime.
Can you scale for peak season?
Yes. Our contractor network lets us add routes quickly for holiday peaks, promotions, and product launches without lowering service standards.
Do you offer custom crating for fragile or valuable pieces?
Yes. For art, antiques, glass, and one-of-a-kind furniture, we build custom crates and use gloved, two-person handling from pickup through placement.
